Job Description

• Earn $28.15 per hour $2.00 freezer premium

• 1st shift

• 10-12 hour shift length

• Schedule: Sunday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Flexibility to work Friday and overtime as needed required.

You will contribute by:

• Trains new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation selection practices productivity quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training Experience

• Trains and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards.

• Coaches new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards.

• Evaluates performance and provides feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development

• Shares observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development

• Identifies training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.

• Motivates employees toward a higher level of performance and links job responsibilities to current business objectives

• Travel Required: No

Whats a great way to stay in shape

• Continually Standing bending pulling lifting pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete tile carpet etc.

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

Years Of Experience

• 0-2 : Warehouse selection experience. Experience working in a production environment as a selector loader lift operator and/or other warehouses positions. Previous experience training in a warehouse
