Tupelo Honey brings together Tupelo Honey (founded in 1996) and WebStream Sports (2006). With offices in New York Indianapolis Charlotte and Nashville the company develops new programming and delivers live events music specials and branded features for broadcast digital and in-venue entertainment.

Intern will gain experience by working on live sports productions as well as learning how a broadcast truck is built tested maintained and put onto the road.

Job Summary/Description:

Tupelo Honey - Indianapolis is creating a unique internship opportunity for students dedicated to and passionate about broadcast engineering. This internship can offer students the ability to work alongside professionals to gain valuable experience in the sports media industry.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Day-to-day assistance with the planning of events and productions (equipment checks loading/cleaning trucks inspecting equipment).
Work on local Indianapolis events which include live broadcasts and video board operations.
Possibility to travel to NCAA Championships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the internship:

Junior Class Standing (College/University) or higher.
Passion for and experience in mobile production engineering.
Strong verbal visual and written communication.
Local and/or reliable transportation to the Indianapolis office.
Ability to contribute (2) office days per week and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
