How Youll Contribute

As a Quality Director you will:

• Manage the work of others including planning assigning scheduling and reviewing work ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring terminating training and developing reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g. HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery.
• Develops and implements departmental goals plans and standards consistent with the clinical
  administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current RN licensein the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification from theAmerican Heart Association(required)
• One year of relative experience(preferred but not required)
