The role of a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant will include.

• Greeting guests as they arrive at our restaurants directing guests to tables providing menus and taking orders
• Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to room
• Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
• Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue
• Opening wine bottles at the table and pouring drinks for guests
• Wiping down tables and chairs removing rubbish and clearing
• Setting up arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of event spaces

What is casual work

Casual work is a great solution as it enables you to work flexibly around other commitments in your life. Once you have registered your interest we will contact you in advance to offer you department based shifts at racedays or hospitality functions. There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar. Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
