Spreetail is seeking a high-energy self-starting Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Las Vegas. This is a critical role focused on driving our rapid headcount growth within our LAS Fulfillment Center. Location: On-site LAS Fulfillment Center
How you will achieve success:
Execute High-Volume Hiring: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for 50 roles per month focusing on supply chain logistics and warehouse operations.
Manage Open Interview Days: Facilitate and lead on-site hiring events and Open Interview blocks to ensure a steady flow of quality talent.
Aggressive Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn local job boards and community partnerships to maintain a robust pipeline.
Champion Candidate Experience: Act as the primary face of Spreetail in the DFW market ensuring every candidate has a professional efficient and positive experience.
Speed & Quality: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with a focus on Quality of Hire while maintaining the velocity needed to hit aggressive weekly targets.
Experience that will help you in this role:
1-2 years of Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in high-volume hourly or supply chain/light industrial recruiting preferred.
On-site Logistics Expertise: Familiarity with the DFW talent market and experience recruiting for fulfillment or distribution centers.
Selection Process Mastery: Hands-on experience managing high-traffic interview schedules and conducting efficient cultural/role-fit screenings.
Operational Excellence: Exceptionally organized and coachable with the ability to pivot quickly as hiring needs evolve.
Strong Relationship Building: Ability to work closely with on-site hiring managers and candidates to move the needle every single day
