What this role is all about
As an Associate Solution Engineer you will join Infobips Solution Engineering division in an entry-level role focused on learning our products solutions and customer businesses. Working under the supervision of a mentor and senior team members you will participate in solution proposals solution design delivery and integrations. This role offers exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of Infobips solutions with the opportunity to grow as a generalist or gradually specialize in areas such as CX consultancy solution and product expertise or industry focus. Your core mission is to help customers understand the value of Infobips solutions and services while continuously developing your skills.
What youll do
Develop a foundational understanding of customers businesses to identify which Infobip solutions and products best support their growth
Assist in designing new and innovative solutions aligned with customer business needs
Collect technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
Support the handling of technical and security questionnaires
Conduct engaging demos and proofs of concept (POCs)
Assist with scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
Support the implementation of solutions for new and existing customers
Deliver clear comprehensive technical documentation
Configure and implement Infobip solutions based on customer requirements
Conduct training and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document outcomes with meeting minutes and summaries
Contribute to internal initiatives document best practices and share knowledge through departmental communities of practice
Build understanding of local market requirements and trends
Continuously learn Infobips products and solutions both technically and commercially staying up to date with changes and upgrades
What makes you a strong fit
Degree in engineering computer science information technology or a similar field
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
Strong interest in understanding business problems and customer needs demonstrated through internships university projects case studies or hackathons
Hands-on exposure to AI and LLM solutions such as chatbots or agents prompt engineering basic retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or API integrations gained through academic or personal projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written in English and Italian
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with moderate guidance
Structured detail-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Curious and proactive learner with interest in customer needs solution design and industry trends
Nice-to-have qualifications
Early interest in specializing in areas such as CX consultancy solution and product expertise or industry-focused solution engineering
