The Claims Support Coordinator (Verification) is responsible for ensuring all workers compensation and no fault auto claim information is collected confirmed and documented accurately and in a timely manner to meet or exceed the team production goals. This position demands strong communication skills quality customer service heavy telephone interaction problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.

WhatYoullDo

• Validation of claim data to ensure accuracy on all claimsentered intothe system prior to invoices beinggenerated

• Contacts insurance carriers to confirm and obtain information ina timelyfashion

• Investigates claimsin order toobtain missing claimdata

• Documents all communication with insurance carriers physicians lawfirmsand patients in the approvedformat

• Alwayspossessesa positive and professionalattitude

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of workers compensation and no-fault autoclaims

• Serves as a liaison between departments and outside parties to ensure that customers receive their medicationin a timelymanner

• Consistent awareness and comprehension of policy/procedure changes

• Communicates effectively and articulates ideas verbally and inwriting

• Accountable for actions and decisionsdemonstratedin dailytasks

• Maintains or exceeds the expected productivity andquality

• Notifies Supervisor of insurance changes and trends
