Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Medford OR. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving mobility function and overall quality of life for individuals across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility strength balance and coordination
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings
Experience working with diverse patient populations
