Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Medford OR. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving mobility function and overall quality of life for individuals across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility strength balance and coordination
• Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
