Position Overview:

Synertex LLC is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager is required to support a large-scale high-tempo government records and information operations program. The QAM is responsible for leading all quality assurance and quality management functions within a production-driven operational environment governed by strict performance metrics quality thresholds and compliance frameworks.

This role ensures end-to-end quality control process compliance inspection rigor and continuous improvement across all operational workflows supporting mission-critical information processing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance Program Leadership:

  • Lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Management activities across contract operations
  • Develop implement and maintain Quality Control Plans aligned with contractual performance requirements
  • Ensure compliance with defined Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) thresholds
  • Design and execute QA surveillance methodologies

Inspection Compliance & Metrics Management:

  • Conduct statistical sampling and quality inspection activities
  • Maintain AQL tracking systems and quality performance reporting dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable privacy security and data handling regulations
  • Monitor operational outputs for accuracy completeness and adherence to procedures

Root Cause & Process Improvement:

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action development
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive continuous process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Support organizational process maturity initiatives

Contract & Stakeholder Support:

  • Interface with government QA and oversight representatives as required
  • Ensure alignment of QA processes with contractual requirements and quality frameworks
  • Provide QA input into operational and program leadership decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with CI Polygraph (required)
  • Bachelors degree required (BS/BA required)
  • Masters degree preferred (MS/MA)
  • Minimum 7 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Management experience
  • Demonstrated QA leadership on performance-based or production-driven contracts
  • Experience supporting high AQL (95%) performance environments
  • Experience with contract quality assurance surveillance frameworks

Required Technical Experience:

  • Quality Control Plan development
  • Statistical sampling methodologies
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action development
  • Privacy and controlled information handling compliance
  • AQL tracking and performance reporting systems
  • QA surveillance design and execution

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with process maturity models (e.g. CMMI Level 3 or higher)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or facilitation experience
  • Experience developing QA plans aligned to government performance requirements
  • Experience in high-volume operational or records processing environments

CERTIFICATIONS (Preferred):

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • ASQ CMQ/OE
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
  • CMMI-related certifications or assessment experience
