Sales Performance Analyst

Were looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join us at Telia.

Im Anders Selin Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development driving continuous improvement across the entire sales organization.

What youll do:

You will be supporting B2B sales leaders on all levels with operational sales reporting & analytics both recurring & predefined as well as proactive & more exploratory analytics.

It also means developing and improving continuous analytics & reporting enabling uniform and reliable sales forecasts and driving continuous improvement of performance monitoring.

This includes responsibilities to:

• Drive the development of new forward-looking metrics and models for sales controlling
• Build actionable CRM dashboards and sales follow-up reporting that enables faster better decisions for sales leaders
• Partner with sales leaders at all levels and the Performance Management team to translate business needs into clear insights and prioritized improvements

What will help you thrive in this role:

To be successful in this role we believe that you have strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills an analytical mindset with business understanding and that you are proactive & SelfDriven with a strong learning ability.

• Proven experience in B2B sales controlling reporting to executive teams
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Qlik or other comparable tools
• Ability to capture overall sales reporting needs and convert these to either reports or requirements for further development
• Fluency in Swedish & English
• A Masters degree (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management Industrial Economics or Economics (or equivalent) is considered a strong merit.
