Position Overview:

To ensure that orders are issued to suppliers and order material planning is successful and that the capacity is used in efficient manner.

Key Responsabilities:

• Oversee the raw material purchase order process (issuance tracking and approval) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Follow up on planned requirements of raw materials with buyers and making sure these are sent and confirmed by suppliers.
• Follow up on critical materials and manage an appropriate escalation process within the organization.
• Coordinate with carriers to follow up materials arrivals until manufacturing site.
• Supplier management to negotiate on supplier shortages improvements.
• Coordinate with planning and work on extended planning forecast.

About you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar roles in manufacturing plants.
• Experience working on Suppliers delivery evaluations.
• Experience in Inventory and shortages reports.
• Knowledge on the complete purchasing cycle.
• Desirable: Experience on Medical Devices companies.
• Proficiency on SAPMM Modules is required.
• English proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced.
• Microsoft proficiency:Intermediate - Advanced.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications/Education:

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.
