About this position:

LMCU is looking for a Maintenance Technician I who provides general maintenance to all facilities buildings and grounds owned or operated by LMCU as assigned by supervisor.

What youll do:

• Makes minor maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs painting removes snow and ice from walkways and driveways.
• Performs daily general maintenance duties including but not limited to moving furniture boxes and setting up for special events etc.
• Sweeps mops vacuums spot clean carpets and polishes floors on an as needed basis.
• Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the credit union.
• Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws regulations and guidance adhering to Bank policies and procedures and completing required training.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

What youll bring:

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• General maintenance experience is desired.
• Must possess current Drivers License and be insurable.
• Willing and able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift carry and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
