WeLink is hiring highly motivated multilingual (English Cantonese and Mandarin) individuals for a door-to-door / outside sales role with unlimited earning potential in the Los Angeles area. What Youll Do

• Multilingual Canvassing: Canvass neighborhoods and knock on doors to generate personal leads specifically engaging with Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking residents.
• Consultative Selling: Present and sell high-speed internet services to homeowners explaining technical benefits clearly in the customers preferred language.
• Close Sales: Manage the full sales cycle and earn uncapped commission.
• Community Rapport: Build trust and deliver a great customer experience through cultural and linguistic competency.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals within the Los Angeles territory.

Pay & Benefits

• $110/day paid training (up to 5 days).
• 100% commission after training (no cap).

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
• No sales experience required: Full training provided.
• Strong Communication: Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Drive: Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Eligibility: Must be 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Transportation: Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
