Days: Monday - Friday evenings and weekends as needed

In this role you will:

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process by leading phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations and states within the designated region.
• Support Operations & Sales with goals and objectives including developing and inspiring your team of employees.
• Interact with a variety of clients/patients and ensure exceptional customer-focused service.
• Identify prioritize and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencies and productivity to support business goals while managing growth.
• Manage departmental resources optimize processes and maximize profitability.
• Manage successful IOP/PSC implementations in support of growth and profitability. Understand the individual site requirements; coordinate the process on a defined timeline achieving expectations of standardized high quality phlebotomy support service.
• Champion safety compliance and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 7 years of phlebotomy management or equivalent experience preferably in a reference laboratory setting .
• A valid drivers license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Demonstrated ability in work flow design and in analyzing and troubleshooting complex processes.
• Experience with clinical lab regulatory requirements QC QA and process improvement activities.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office statistical analysis and budget preparation.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision.

• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians or equivalent
• Bachelor degree in an area of Science
