DescriptionWe are currently hiring Service Desk Support Co-op Boston MA. This is a six-month co-op position is fromJuly December 2026.
TheService Desk Support co-opparticipatesin daily operations of the servicedesk;providing customer support and technical support andescalation to seniorsupport of service incidents. Additionally theco-opwill collaborate withITservice delivery team update and create documentationwithinticketingsystem andparticipatein continuous improvement activities. They will use a combination of technicalsupportand customer service skills to deliver high-quality support and purpose-fit technologies with consumer-inspired experiences.
What Youll Brew:
- Respond to triageand resolvecommonIT service requests and incidentsin a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Triage andEscalatenon-routineIT service requests and incidents to senior service delivery coworkers
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone email or in-person addressing hardware software and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer servicemaintaininga professional and helpfuldemeanor always.
- Maintaindocumentation in ticketing system of troubleshooting and resolution steps taken
- Maintainingasset management processes for hardware and softwarethrough receiving and organizingequipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and IT security standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic IT Troubleshooting/knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Willingness to learn
- Office 365 troubleshooting a bonus
In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
