Hybrid department Manager (Housekeeping and HotelMaintenance Manager)

Were looking for a professional experienced individual in housekeepingand hotel maintenance manager to perform impeccable housekeeping andmaintenance services and provide our guests with a clean and safe environmentfor an exceptional stay with us. Youll lead the housekeeping and maintenance teamensuring team members comply with high standards of cleanliness safety andsanitation protocols and oversee the housekeeping and maintenance area in a supervisory role overseeing similar role is required. Housekeeping and Maintenance Manager responsibilities

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
• Lead hire and train hotel housekeeping and maintenance staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and safety customer satisfaction
• Oversee the housekeeping and maintenance areas budget take inventory and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies tools and supplies.
• Document and direct attention to areas of maintenance needs.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and plan for repairs as needed

Qualifications

• A High school diploma or GED is required
• At least 2 years of Management or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry (Hotel ) or similar position
• Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS) including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Applicants should be excellent leaders detail-oriented and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
