Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences for used vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to financing and final purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory pricing and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to car sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales preferably in used car sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
