• Prepare and install a variety of flooring types (hardwood LVP tile cork rubber and more) with exceptional attention to detail
• Review project scope and details before arriving on site
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Use company tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Perform accurate measurements and simple math calculations
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers in their home
• Deliver consistent high-quality work that meets Floor Coverings International standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage
• Travel to job sites throughout the week

• Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience across multiple materials
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly
• Comfortable with physical tasks like crouching kneeling standing walking and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Professional customer-focused and respectful in clients homes
