About the Role
Were looking for a Associate Data Analyst to help build a modern AI-enabled people analytics this role youll analyse workforce productivity and utilisation data to uncover insights that drive better decision-making across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or earlycareer analyst with strong analytical foundations and a passion for applying data science and AI to real-world people and workforce challenges.
What Youll Do
- Analyse people workforce and productivity data to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Design and deliver dashboards reports and visualisations for leaders using tools such as Power BI
- Leverage AI tools (including Copilot and large language models) to accelerate analysis insight generation and reporting
- Translate complex data into clear practical insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Support the continuous improvement of people metrics reporting standards and analytical approaches
- Partner with HR Finance and IT to ensure data quality consistency and responsible use of people data
What Youll Bring
- A degree (or near completion) in Data Science Analytics Statistics Computer Science Economics Psychology or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Python SQL R or similar
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
- Exposure to AI tools machine learning concepts or advanced analytics
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity a strong learning mindset and a genuine interest in people analytics and AI
