The Boeing CompanyIn this position you will design develop and integrate test systems as well as design test hardware software and systems to achieve comprehensive test requirements that encompass the full spectrum of testing. You will review and validate test data preparing and publishing detailed test reports. Additionally you will conduct research in test technologies to improve efficiency and capability while interfacing with other members of project or program teams management and technical staff to define and implement effective test engineering solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in structural and mechanical engineering excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Position Responsibilities:
Develop test plans procedures and test equipment/software to ensure compliance with customer regulatory and company requirements.
Design develop and integrate test systems to support testing activities.
Create test hardware to meet comprehensive test requirements across various testing scenarios.
Review and validate test data ensuring accuracy and quality prior to delivery to customers.
Prepare and publish detailed test reports that summarize findings.
Research test technologies that enhance testing efficiency and capability.
Manage multiple projects while interfacing with project or program teams management and technical staff to define and implement effective test engineerig solutions.
Exhibit self-motivation and a sense of urgency taking ownership of projects to drive successful outcomes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
1 years experience in structural design analysis and/or testing
Experience with CATIA SolidWorks or a similar CAD program
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Level 3: 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in project management
Experience working in a dynamic multidisciplinary organization

Summary pay range for mid-level: $111350-$150650
