Job Summary
- Measure prep and install carpeting and stair runners with precision and care
- Review project scope and details before arriving on site
- Keep tools organized and maintain a safe clean workspace
- Properly handle tools and equipment
- Accurately measure and calculate areas for materials
- Interact with customers in a friendly trustworthy manner ensuring they feel comfortable in their home
- Deliver consistent high-quality installations that meet company standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every project
- Travel to different job sites throughout the week
- Minimum 5 years of carpet installation experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable with physical tasks like crouching kneeling and standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with strong measurement and math skills
- Professional polite and customer-focused
