Regional Sales Manager (France)

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand and strengthen the customer base.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
- Establish and grow sales while servicing accounts creating sales plans and goals and developing marketing strategies.
- Build and promote strong long-lasting client relationships.
- Drive competition and innovation by building awareness of market and product offerings.
- Manage the sales cycle and team to ensure contracts obligations and commitments are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- BS degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- Evidence of continuous learning (conferences certifications etc.).
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in industrial manufacturing sales.
- Ability to speak technically about industrial bearings and machined components.
- Proven ability to communicate present and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong professional instincts and ability to bridge American and European business practices.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Ability to articulate technical solutions confidently and accurately.
- Cultural Fit:
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages such as German Polish Italian are a plus).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.
