Job Summary
Find your purpose at CentraCare as a HR Customer Experience Onboarding team member in Human Resources! As HR Customer Experience you would be responsible for greeting & assisting all in person customers and new hires at our South Point HR customer service desk location to include triage and meeting with new hires. Onboarding works in collaboration with HR Recruitment team to ensure successful pre-boarding of new employees.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8 hours shifts between 7:30a-4:30p
- Onsite at South Point in St. Cloud
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $20.71 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $20.71 - $31.06 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.
- Post High School training in office procedures and equipment including computers or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR Experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
