As an Executive Business Partner you will serve as a strategic partner and key advisor to ourChief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Trust Officer (CTO). This is a highly visible high-impact role that transcends traditional administrative support. You will be integrated into the strategic rhythms of the Finance and Trust organizations contributing to functional strategy development and leading complex projects to achieve departmental milestones.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with depth and breadth of knowledge to navigate a fast-paced growth-oriented environment. You will exercise independent judgment resolve significant issues at an organizational level and maintain a standard of excellence that drives better faster and smarter outcomes.

What Will You Do

Primary responsibilities include:

Strategic Partnership & Execution

• Strategic Calendar Management: Proactively and strategically manage the CFO and CTOs daily schedules. This includes vetting high volumes of requests understanding context and long-term objectives to discern priorities and independently navigating complex schedule changes.
• Functional Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and execution of functional strategies. Monitor progress on key initiatives and OKRs ensuring the leaders remain focused on top priorities.
• Investor Relations Coordination: Take ownership of travel planning and logistics for investor relations-related activities including roadshows conferences and site visits ensuring seamless execution of external-facing commitments.
• Project Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and cross-functional workstreams. Identify optimization opportunities plan implementation and mitigate risks across the organization.

Operations & Governance

• Executive Forums: Lead the coordination of All-Hands staff and operational meetings. Prepare agendas manage follow-ups and ensure clear communication of decisions across departments.
• Travel & Expenses: Manage complex travel arrangements and oversight of associated expenses ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Decision Support: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Screen communications and make autonomous decisions on behalf of the leaders where appropriate.
• Process Improvement: Analyze facilities-related and operational policies suggesting and implementing enhancements to nurture a fun productive and inclusive environment.
• Employee Experience: Help execute employee experience initiatives (e.g. team outings culture-building activities) to drive a positive One Sentinel company culture.

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: At least 12 years of related professional experience with a Bachelors degree or 8 years with a Masters degree (or equivalent experience). Proven success supporting C-suite executives in a global growth environment.
• Judgment & Independence: Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. High degree of initiative to resolve complex issues where precedent may not exist.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional presence and influence senior management across multiple functional areas.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep fluency in GSuite MS Office and a commitment to building fluency in AI tools and concepts to drive productivity.
• Problem Solving: A seasoned professional with a full understanding of their specialization; capable of resolving highly complex issues through evaluation of identifiable and intangible factors.
• Confidentiality: Utmost discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic and financial information.

Work Model & Location

• Location: Mountain View CA.
• Schedule: Hybrid; required to be in the office 2-3 times per week.
