Job Summary

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Part Time (20 hours/week) Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit apartment community in Bothell (Rivercroft Apartments).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service.
Performs all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team in any way possible
Up keeping facility Painting turning units maintain inventory and scheduling repairs
Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping heating plumbing and carpentry
Inspect buildings and equipment

Qualifications:

Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail
1years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing electrical and appliances required experience in painting a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid drivers license
