Job Summary

As a Learning Project Analyst youll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn grow and perform. Youll lead impactful learning initiatives from start to finishcombining project leadership with data-driven insights to drive real business results in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
  • Build and manage project plans timelines risks and deliverables
  • Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
  • Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
  • Measure success through participation skill development behavior change and performance outcomes
  • Analyze trends skill gaps and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
  • Use dashboards and reporting to bring data to life and support decision-making
  • Guide teams through change while balancing priorities across multiple initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of project management experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience leading learning digital or design-related initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in Customer Experience performance or fast-paced environments (an asset)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with confidence
  • Curiosity collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Agile or PMP certification (nice to have)
  • Experience in financial services (an asset)

Salary range is expected to be between

$59700.00 CAD - $99500.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
