THE POSITION

Assist food production and menu-based cateringfor 102 residents in this modern aged care facility.
Apply catering control principles; waste minimisation and cleaning
Responsible for maintaining food safety practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
Excellent time management organisational communication skills
Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
