We are looking for aFinancial Controllerwho wants tostep up take ownership and grow into a truly independent finance role while still being part of a supportive and experiencedCEE finance community.

This role coversAustria Hungary and Romania three diverse and strategically important markets within our region. It is ideal for someone witharound3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysiswho is ready to move beyond pure reporting and become atrue business partner.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Full responsibility forfinancial reportingfor Austria Hungary and Romania

• Ensuring compliance withIFRS and local GAAP requirements

• Active participation inbudgeting forecasting and variance analysis

• Supportingprocess improvements and internal controls

• Deliveringfinancial insightsthat support management decision-making

• Close cooperation withsales teams local management and external auditors

Your Profile

• 3 years of experiencein controlling finance or financial analysis

• Solid knowledge ofIFRSand experience withlocal GAAP

• English at B2 level or higher(daily working language)

• German language skills(atsrtongconversational level)

• Experience with or exposure toCEE marketsis an advantage

• Strong analytical mindset structured thinking and growing independence

• University degree inFinance Accounting Economics or similar
