Rental Car Lot Coordinator

What youll do:

• Direct and traffic in the rental car lot according to current priorities
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pit and keep it organized by category
• Follow safe driving practices company safety procedures and verbal directions
• Move rental vehicles as needed for inventory space and to the dirty pit when needed
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach stretch bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Move de-fleet vehicles and coordinate lot operations
• Perform supply chain duties as needed
• Remove all films on seats handles mats and steering wheels
• Apply all required tags to comply with Motor Vehicles Department standards
• Ensure all required documents are in the vehicle
• Transport vehicles safely and quickly within the site from one location to another
• Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our clients and customers

What we require:

• Valid drivers license
• A clean driving record is great but not required
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be flexible to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with excellent time management skills
• This position consists of repetitive movement in an open environment including but not limited to bending stooping and lifting
