Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the licensure process and the daily operations of our long-term care home. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations maintain high-quality care standards and provide compassionate leadership to staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations of the facility ensuring quality care for residents.
Oversee staff recruitment training and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations.
Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost-control strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with residents families staff and community stakeholders.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation standards.
Address and resolve resident or family concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field.
Licensure: Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Delaware.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a nursing home administrator or in a similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality assurance practices.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
