Position Summary

Job Description

• Supervise Maintenance Team
  Lead schedule and support technicians and mechanics; assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
  Develop and enforce maintenance programs to minimize downtime including routine inspections and condition monitoring.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs
  Oversee diagnosis and repair of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Safety Compliance
  Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards (e.g. OSHA regulations) conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.

• Equipment Reliability & Performance
  Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to increase uptime and efficiency.

• Planning & Scheduling
  Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to avoid disruption; manage shutdowns and emergency repairs.

• Inventory & Spare Parts Management
  Maintain stock of critical spare parts and tools; work with procurement to ensure availability.

• Budgeting & Cost Control
  Track maintenance expenses control costs and assist in budget planning.

• Documentation & Reporting
  Maintain maintenance logs work orders and reports; analyze data to identify recurring issues.

• Training & Development
  Train staff on equipment safety procedures and new technologies; mentor junior technicians..
