Job Summary
ATS is seeking a Supply Chain Manager/ Middle Mile Performance Manager to help develop a world class logistics process that delivers goods on time at the best cost. Our team objective is to manage freight flowing through our North American transportation networks specifically focused on transportation carrier programs and performance.

- Collaborate on the design development and delivery of key programs metrics reports analyses and dashboards to inform business decisions across customer-facing programs.
- Analyze data across databases using Excel SQL Amazon Quick and other data management systems and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Use AI to improve efficiency while maintaining ownership of accuracy and credibility of outputs.
- Influence third-party (3P) carrier leadership and Amazon technology teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service iterate technology and strengthen vendor engagement and growth.
- Assess how Middle Mile Box Truck (MMBT) supply chains can efficiently serve each program identify opportunities and align with key stakeholders to influence program decision-making.
- Travel domestically 25%50%.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level including: compile queries subqueries aggregation/grouping data modification etc.
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
- Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
