Performance matters most; not your date of hire!Responsibilities & ExpectationsThe Senior Team Leader is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to protective security operations in dynamic multifaceted and fast-paced corporate following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employeesMonitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and existing site-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Manage site specific health and safety programsEffectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholdersMaintain discretion and confidentialityAbility to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights weekendsand holidays).Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams global security operations center assets other private security firms and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threatsDetect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilitiesBe able to operate in a dynamic multifaceted and fast-paced environmentComplete assigned special projects as requiredTravel as requiredMinimum RequirementsParticipation in random drug complete physical readiness test prior to offer of pre-employment background a valid and current driver a valid U.S Basic Life Safety (BLS) CA unarmed security guard QualificationsPrior ERT military law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security emergency response surveillance detection training in incident response emergency medicine and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitmentto excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries).Experience in Access Control Systems Software Google Suite Slack etcCA CCW and/or LEOSAAdditional BenefitsMedical Dental Vision and Life Insurance Competitive 401kEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).Paid time offProfessional development assistance
