What Youll Do
- Deliver world-class customer satisfaction through timely accurate and professional quality communications with internal teams and external customers.
- Advocate for customer quality food safety and compliance requirements while upholding Van Drunen Farms quality standards.
- Complete and manage high-demand food safety and regulatory documentation including audits questionnaires and customer requests.
- Respond to complex technical quality inquiries that require cross-functional coordination problem-solving and independent decision-making.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments supply chains and processing facilities to ensure full compliance.
- Create and maintain product profiles and technical documentation and champion customer portals where applicable.
What Youll Bring
- Three or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing within agriculture food manufacturing or dietary supplements.
- Strong understanding of food safety quality systems and the food supply chain.
- Excellent prioritization time management and critical thinking skills.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High school diploma required with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
