The Unity site specifically includes a specialized behavioral health environment that brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation diagnosis and treatment in a hospital-based clinic setting
• Deliver medication management and ongoing psychiatric care for adult patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health professionals across the continuum of care
• Support high-quality patient-centered psychiatric treatment planning and follow-up
• Participate in a flexible hybrid work model including remote work opportunities based on physician preference
• Contribute to a collegial practice environment focused on access continuity and clinical excellence
• Minimal hospital call

About Allina Health

• Mental Health & Addiction Care at Allina Health: Allina Health: Requirements
  • MD DO or foreign equivalency training required
  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
  • Active non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable

  Physical Demands

  Pay Range

  Pay Range: $340025 to $351000 per year
  The pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).
