Job Summary
This position responsible for the preparation of food items and specialty dishes as designated by pre planned menus while displaying a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards safety procedures and standard operating procedures. $22.50 Per Hour
Responsibilities
Receives food orders and prepares according to desired request.
Assures that presentation is timely and meets quality standards.
Communicates to management the need for supplies and equipment.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed.
Assures quality production levels are maintained.
Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in different areas of kitchen preparation.
Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
Must be able to walk and stand during shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds pull and/or push up to 100 pounds
Ability to grasp hold reach bend push-pull stoop twist kneel and crouch.
Must be able to work in extreme heat cold humid and noisy environment
