This role offers location flexibility and is open to candidates across the United States.

Candidates based in the DallasFort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific inoffice days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.

Current Need:

The Senior Product Manager will own end-to-end product development of multiple data driven products. All these products will directly impact our customers and improve patient health. We are looking for a product leader who thrives in a dynamic environment can take products from 0 to 1 and has deep experience building and scaling data-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategy execution and delivery of technology products that serve healthcare providers payers manufacturers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmap for data and platform products in the healthcare space

• Work cross-functionally with engineering design clinical and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.

• Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritize features and technical investments based on customer value business needs and technical feasibility.

• Drive agile execution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.

Critical Skills:

• 10 years relevant experience with 8 years in a hands-on product manager role

• Proven success in launching and scaling data or platform products in the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of healthcare data and interoperability standards

• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend systems or cloud-based platforms.

• Familiarity with data pipelines analytics tools and modern product development frameworks.

• Excellent communication prioritization and stakeholder management skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

• Must have the ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
