Werelooking for a Senior Video Producerwho can confidently lead end-to-end production and act as a strategic partner to Creative Account and Client teamshelping shape how video work is scoped produced and delivered.

This role blends hands-on production leadership with studio-level thinking.

As aSenior Video Produceryoull:

• Youlllead live-action animation audio post and dynamic content projectsfrom quick-turn social and stillshootsto complex union and high-production-value work.Youllown production from pre-production through delivery ensuring creative integrity fiscal responsibility and on-time execution.

• Youllpartner closely with Creative Directors and Account teams to shape final video deliverables helping todeterminethe right production approach scale and tier based on goals timelines and budgets.Youlltranslate business and communicationobjectivesinto smart efficient video solutions often offering multiple production pathways that balance impact speed and cost.

• Youllmanage budgets estimates timelines vendors talent post partners and final asset delivery while overseeing all production documentation including bids POs releases usage renewals and billing. Clear communication proactive risk management and strong follow-through are central to your approach.

• Youllmentor and guide producers helping them grow as confident production leaders and strategic partnersnot just executors.Youllmodel strong judgment collaboration and professionalism across teams and on set.

• Youllalso contribute to the evolution of studio processes workflows and best practicesbringing curiosity around new tools emerging platforms and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed scalability and efficiency without compromising craft

Youllneed:

• 10yearsof agency production experience including AICP / AICE bidding and guidelines
  

Additional Professional Attributes:

• Deep knowledge of union and non-union talent SAG rates usage and renewals

• Strong understanding of commercial branded content and digital-first production

• Expertiseacross post-production including edit color animation music sound and delivery (ISCI / Ad-ID)

• Knowledge of stock photography music licensing and rights management

• Established relationships with vendors freelancers and post partners

• A strong portfolio of workdemonstratingyour skills and approach

• A solid leadership style you may not have all theanswersbut you know the right questions and how to push toward a solution

• A positive attitude Keeping all the plates spinning up to and through shoot day is rough but you approach it all with a smile and good vibes building relationships and trust along the way.

• Communication Skills you follow up meetings with detailed notes and action items you circle back check in doublecheckand follow up you over communicate to make sure everyone is moving ahead and on the same page.
