What The Role Really Is

This is not a content scheduler is a positioning will shape how Formed is perceived across digital platforms visually strategically and narratively.

What Youll Do

• Manage and grow our Social Media presence
• Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)
• Translate projects into engaging design-led storytelling
• Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals
• Optimize posts for engagement reach & strategic positioning
• Collaborate with IT Animation and Academy teams

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
• Advanced Figma skills (layouts typography visual systems)
• Deep understanding of Social Media growth & content psychology
• Strong copywriting ability (clear sharp intentional)
• Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands Structured thinking execution discipline
