Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients handling inquiries and concerns and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person interactions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Knowledge of Jonesboro and its surrounding areas is a plus
