Position: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels including phone email and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and products to clients
- Assist clients with their transactions and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on company policies procedures and products to provide accurate information to clients
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience
- Meet and exceed set customer service targets and goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
