Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers both in person and over the phone.

2. Respond promptly to all inquiries and requests and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

3. Assist clients with property inquiries appointments and transactions.

4. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.

7. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Previous customer service experience preferably in a real estate or related industry.

3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

8. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
