Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and properties to clients
- Assist clients with property inquiries showings and scheduling appointments
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a real estate or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of real estate industry and local market preferred
- Must be able to work full time including some evenings and weekends as needed
