Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Process orders returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus
