Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish with a focus on safety quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the construction project including planning design procurement construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Oversee the budget and financial aspects of the project including cost estimation tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Review and approve project plans specifications and other project documents.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
• Manage and mentor project team members providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance plant operations or engineering services.
• 5 years of Management Experience.
• Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Adobe Writer Visio and basic Windows environment) as well as MS project Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• OSHA 30 (or the ability to gain certification within 120 days of hire).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
