What Youll Do:
- Operate and program a Toshiba Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) with precision and efficiency
- Set up complex jobs and ensure parts meet tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints job orders and tooling instructions
- Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
- Collaborate with a team that values your knowledge and input
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience running and setting up VTL machines
- Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
- Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges
- Commitment to quality safety and continuous improvement
