Think Tell Junction We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional experiences at a variety of events. As a vital member of our event management crew you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown including arranging furniture equipment and signage.
• Welcome guests provide information and direct attendees as needed throughout the event.
• Manage registration and check-in processes efficiently ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Monitor event areas to maintain safety security and crowd control.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as events demand.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
