What Youll Be Doing
Build develop and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions aligned with customer needs
Prospect develop and close new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue
Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatorycompliant safe and sustainable waste management solutions
Collaborate with internal operations compliance and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and ensure effective service execution
Track sales activities customer interactions and pipeline progress to support business goals and forecasting

Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships based on trust credibility and longterm value
Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities negotiating solutions and delivering results
Solid understanding of environmental services hazardous waste or industrial services markets
Clear professional communication skills with customers and internal partners
Strong organizational skills initiative and accountability in managing priorities and territory responsibilities

Competitive base salary $77180 to $102900 with participation in our commissions plan

This role operates in a professional fieldbased sales environment with regular interaction at customer sites and close collaboration with operational teams.
