Job Overview
The Sr. Manager Portfolio Project Management is a strategic leadership role withinSupply Chain & Operations (SC&O) responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complexcrossfunctionalinitiatives that enable supply continuity operational excellence and business growth. This role drives disciplined portfolio governance prioritization and execution across manufacturing planninglogistics and external partners. The position offers high visibility and impact partnering closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into results while building strong project management capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern a portfolio of SC&O projects ensuring alignment with business strategy financial targets and operational priorities.
Establish andmaintainportfolio management standards cadence and reporting including prioritization resource allocation risk management and performance metrics.
Partner withcrossfunctionalleaders (Manufacturing Planning Procurement Quality R&D and Commercial) to driveontimeonbudgetexecution of strategic initiatives.
Identifyinterdependencies risks andtradeoffsacross initiatives and proactively recommend mitigation and optimization strategies.
Provideexecutivelevelcommunication including portfolio dashboards insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead coach and develop project managers and portfolio resources fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration.
Drive adoption of project and portfolio management best practices tools and methodologies across SC&O.
Ensure projects comply with applicable quality regulatory and governance requirements within a regulated medical device environment.
Qualifications
Education
Required:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Operations Management ora relatedfield.
Preferred:Masters degree (MBA or MS) in a related discipline.
Experience and Skills
Required:
810 years of progressive experience in project program or portfolio management within supply chain operations manufacturing or a relatedenvironment.
Demonstrated experience leading complexcrossfunctionalportfolios with significant business impact.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills including influencing at the senior leadership level.
Proven ability toestablishgovernance prioritize initiatives and manage resources across competing demands.
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices pharmaceuticals or life sciences).
Strong analytical financial andproblemsolvingcapabilities.
Preferred:
Experience in global ormultisitesupply chain operations.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
Advancedproficiencywith project/portfolio management tools and enterprise systems.
Priorpeoplemanagementor matrix leadership experience.
Other:
Language:English (additionallanguages a plus).
Travel:Up to 1525% primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
Certifications (Preferred):PMPPgMP or equivalent project/portfolio management certification.

$122000.00 - $212750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
