Project Implementation Manager, Patient Support Services
Job Summary

We are seeking aProject Implementation Manager with experience of this domain gained thougheitherproject managementprogramoperationspatient supporttechnologies orotherrelevantroles.Exposure toAccess and Affordabilityworkflowsisparticularlyapplicable.
The Project Implementation Manager will be expected to perform the following functions across multiple clients andprojects:
Define and set expectations ofprojectdeliverywithinbroaderprogramsensuringclient needs are metwhilesettingachievablemilestones based on team capacity.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful andtimelyprojectimplementationmanagingprogram operationaland technicaldependencies.
Oversee communication with clientsforspecificproject deliverableswithina wider programincludingrequirementsand otherinputsnegotiation of timelinescontractual documentationproject planning status reporting and change orders.
Serve as primary project/escalation contact with internal and external customersfor specifictechnical product components.
Representingthe projectwhileconsultingwithandbringing inteam membersto reach decisionstaking decisionsasappropriate.
Bring continuous improvement byidentifyingandintroducingprojectimprovement opportunities that best matchclientneeds.
Essential Functions
Manage projects frominceptionthrough the end of project life cycle whileoptimizingproject timelinesclient expectations and quality
Work directly with clients andinternaltechnical and operational leaders tocaptureexpectations andrequirements proactivelyidentifyingany misalignment
Assistbusiness system analystsinrunningrequirements workshops achieving signed-offBusinessRequirement Documents projectdocumentationand work instructions
Develop project plansincludingtimelinedependencies and risk analysis
Project implementationin accordance withthe client contracts and business requirements document
Coordinate and leadregularclientand internalstatus meetingsto ensure alignment of understanding and progress against deliverables
Defineupdateand distributestatus reports asappropriate tocommunicatechanging business needs andproject progress
Coordinate variouswider programdeliverables withcross-functional groupswithin and external to the organization.i.e.Program Managersoperations technicalgroupsclient stakeholdersand technology partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Proactively escalate risks and own resolution for any operational issuesimpactingproject schedules
Ensure all documentation related to project delivery ismaintainedinappropriate systems
Mayparticipatein proposal development and sales/proposal presentations

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Five years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver results to theappropriate qualityand timeline metrics
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape patient support programs HUB servicesand copay/patientassistanceprograms
Project management certification preferrable e.g. PMP

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $76000.00 - $190000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
